Mission

Twenty years on, Bosnia did not have a Constitutional reform and the Dayton Peace Agreement has yet to be replaced with a more permanent legal foundation. In order to reflect upon the lessons learned since the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, a international conference would be of utmost importance. The holding of an international conference to reflect on what the Dayton Peace Agreement has achieved, what remains to be accomplished, what are the lessons to be learned, what are the predictions for the future and what role does the international community have in terms of shaping the future for Bosnia will provide a better understanding of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The conference will also add to the knowledge of brokering a peace agreement, implementing it and supporting a prosperous and stable state with a future in the European Union. It will also celebrate the brokering of a successful peace agreement given that Bosnia has been peaceful since 1995.
